* Spiders are small animals with eight legs. All spiders spin silk threads. Many of them use the threads to make a sticky web and stay still in the middle of the web for catching insects. Not all spiders trap their food in webs. Some are hunters and chase their prey and others lie in wait, and then pounce. When a spider catches, it stuns or kills it with poisonous bite. All spiders have poison, but in most cases they do not hurt people.

* Bears sleep through most of the winter in protected places such as holes that they dig beneath trees. Bears eat almost anything including fish and seals. Bears are found in most parts of the word except for Australia and Africa. The largest of all bears are the brown bears of Alaska.
